Can I take 1.5 Trileptal tablets because there is no 300mg dose around?

I take trileptal in doses of 600-900. Can I take a dose of 900 mg as 1.5 tablets of 600 mg because the 300 mg dose is not available in my area?

Unfortunately, Trileptal tablets should not be divided. The dividing line on the tablet only facilitates crushing to facilitate swallowing, not division into equal doses. By using 1.5 tablets, you expose yourself to imprecise dose of the drug and deterioration of health, through possible fluctuations in the concentration of the drug in the body. Unfortunately, I do not know anything about your health and whether such conduct will not be a health threat to you. This decision should be made by your doctor.
