From what can I have a feeling of fullness, pain on the left side of the navel, weakness, increased appetite?

For over a month I have been experiencing fullness and occasional stabbing pains on the left side of the navel. I also feel weak, I eat more, at the last ovulation I had tender nipples and menstruation is late. At first I thought it could be pregnancy but after about 6 tests I have doubts. They all came out negative. It is also worth mentioning that I did not have a blood test to detect pregnancies. All tests were platelet. I also took birth control pills irregularly.

There can be many reasons for your condition. The symptoms you describe are so non-standard that it can be anything. Maybe you react badly to birth control pills, maybe something is happening with the thyroid, maybe you lack some vitamins - it's hard to say without additional diagnostics. The best choice will be to go to a gynecologist - for a control ultrasound examination and a family doctor who will order basic blood tests. Pharmacists work on the portal, we do not diagnose diseases via the Internet.
