This means that you are not pregnant. This is a normal result - there is no reason to worry. A low level of beta hCG (below 5 mIU/ml) means that the woman is not pregnant and the hormones are at a constant level. If the result increased systematically (at the beginning of pregnancy the increase is very fast) it would mean that you are pregnant.
