Hello. 2 weeks ago I had viruskwe pharyngitis after the disease I got from the ENT luivac for 28 days and after about 2 days there was a sore throat that lasts all the time, once less pain, once more (such as 2 weeks ago) tem 37. Could it be from the vaccine? stop it? And the second question... Can this vaccine be taken with hypothyroidism and hasimoto, which is the result of iodizing the thyroid with iodine 131 in connection with graves' disease? In the leaflet it is clearly written that you can not... So what's going on?

Light signs of infection such as sore throat and subfebrile condition are not contraindications to the use of Luivac. Luivac should not be used in people with autoimmune diseases (here: Graves' disease) due to little experience and the possibility of interaction. However, the final decision belongs to the attending physician. The doctor has the opportunity to use the drug outside the standard indications. It is important that the doctor ordering the therapy is informed what other medicines the patient uses and what comorbidities he suffers from. If this is not the case, consultation is advisable to determine whether Luivac can be used and, if so, whether the dosage recommendations need to be revised.
