What other moisturizing drops than Hylo Comod?

Hello. I would ask you to recommend moisturizing drops for the eyes, without preservatives with such a composition as Hylo Comod drops, but an easier way of application. Hylo Comod drops perfectly moisturize my eyes, but I have a big problem with their application due to the specific bottle.
