Is brown and short withdrawal bleeding normal? I have been taking Dionelle tablets for 6 months. At first, the bleeding was normal, red. Now for about 3 cycles the bleeding is brown-red, but rather more brown. There are clots. It always starts at the right time and ends at the right time. I have typical symptoms such as lower abdominal pain and breast tenderness. I don't have any bleeding in between, or other symptoms, but this color is worrying. Is this a cause for concern?
