Hello, recently the doctor prescribed to the son salmex inhalation, but something he does not work after opening this a'la flap and stretching this orange part son or dose jumps at this moment from 60 to 59 and the son tries to take the drug unfortunately does not feel anything. The son is 11 years old and had budeson and inhaled zafiron. Also, this is not the first time he has taken inhalations. I don't know why it doesn't want to work. Maybe we didn't do something when we opened the drug. Please advice and experience you may have someone had a similar problem.

Salmex is a powder inhaler driven by the patient's breathing force. Therefore, you should put the mouthpiece in your mouth and take a deep breath from the camera through your mouth, not through your nose. The drug will be sucked into the lungs by force of breathing. Detailed information on how to properly carry out inhalation can be found in the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/68622/salmex-500-mcg-50-mcg-proszek-do-inhalacji/ulotka/183051 The instructional videos available on the Internet are also very helpful.
