Hello, for a year I have been using NuvaRing recommended to me by my gynecologist. However, for several weeks I have noticed that the disc slides off and is at a depth of 1-2 cm, despite the fact that it uses it the same as before. 2 days ago I was at the gynecologist who did not find anything that could explain the cause to me. What can I do to prevent the disc from slipping, is contraception preserved?

The correct NuvaRing position is one in which the patient does not feel it and is comfortable with it - that is, when the disc does not hurt and does not interfere. The location of the system in the vagina is not relevant to its contraceptive effect, provided that it is entirely within the vagina - it does not fall out and does not protrude. It will be rather difficult for you to make an effort to make the disc constantly deeper in the vagina. I enclose information about the Nuvaring system, which can be booked on GdziePoLek online and then picked up stationary at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/55364/nuvaring-przyrzad/apteki/w-warszawie
