Gasprid, due to the possibility of causing side effects on the part of the circulatory system, is contraindicated in people with decompensated heart failure, clinically significant arrhythmias and with reduced levels of potassium and magnesium in the blood. The drugs you mentioned indicate that the drug may (but does not have to) be contraindicated in you. In my opinion, the use of Gasprid should be consulted again with a cardiologist. I also encourage you to perform a laboratory determination of the concentration of potassium and magnesium in the blood. If, despite the above information, you decide to use Gasprid, I advise against using it in the morning, because accelerating the emptying of the stomach after taking it may reduce the absorption of other drugs that you use. I enclose additional materials: the leaflet of Gasprid on the product page: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/31968/gasprid-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-niewydolnosc-serca
