What if during the withdrawal bleeding break I am weakened, vomit and almost faint?

I have been taking pills for a year, but for the last three months with menstruation she vomits, feels weakened, sometimes almost faints. For the time being I have 4 tablets left in the paper, after them 7 days break. I'm thinking about a change or a break? What advice could you give? Unfortunately, I can't get to my doctor right now.

Perhaps it is worth skipping the break for withdrawal bleeding and immediately after taking the last active tablet from the current package, immediately go to the next blister. In the meantime, you should contact your doctor, who will decide on further proceedings. I am afraid that it will be necessary to expand the diagnosis, perhaps the gynecologist will decide to change the tablets to one-component.
