Lactoferrin supports the absorption of iron, i.e. Feroplex with Lactoferrin can be used as much as possible. Lactoferrin is used between meals. The break should be used between taking iron and dietary fiber, coffee and tea, eggs, dairy, legumes, high-fat products, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, phosphate preparations.
