An ALT test score of 40 IU/l is within the general limits of normal, but in women it is classified as slightly elevated. The use of Emanera may or may not increase alt. The current scientific literature does not exclude or confirm this effect. The result may be affected by the consumption of a high-fat meal or alcohol on the day before the test. Additional tests that can be performed to assess the condition of the liver are: - determination of the level of AST - determination of the level of bilirubin - determination of the level of alkaline phosphatase - determination of the level of total protein I encourage you to consult your family doctor, who based on your health condition and other symptoms will order the necessary tests. The consultation can also be arranged via the GdziePoLek portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/
