Does an antibiotic in suspension work the same, is it as effective as in a tablet? I am an adult but I have a problem with swallowing an antibiotic that cannot be divided.

If both drugs contain the same active substance, and the dose of liquid form corresponds to the dose in tablet form, the effectiveness of the drug should be the same. I am attaching a video from which you will learn how to make it easier to swallow large tablets:
