Can levocetirizine, pseudoephedrine and fluticasone be used together?

Hi, whether drugs like levocetirizine, pseudoeferdin and fluticazone can be taken together? Because I have a problem with the sinuses including the power of pressure and a feeling that spreads it with pain in the face, nose.

According to available sources, the combined use of preparations containing levocetirizine, pseudoephedrine and fluticasone is acceptable, however, special precautions should be taken during use. As levocetirizine and pseudoephedrine affect the functioning of the central nervous system, during their combined use, headaches and dizziness, drowsiness or insomnia, nervousness and acceleration of heart rhythm can be observed. Therefore, the preparation should not be used in patients with m.in circulatory system disorders, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma and kidney dysfunction. To relieve pain, you can try to use an analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug, containing in its composition ibuprofen, e.g. Ibuprom, ketoprofen, e.g. Ketonal or naproxen, e.g. Naxii. If the pain does not subside, you should see a doctor who may modify the therapy with other prescription drugs that will reduce the intensity of the symptoms.
