Can I use prasterone (DHEA) and Zoloft when planning a pregnancy? What dose should I start using DHEA?

Is it possible to take Zoloft 2x50mg plus DHEA when trying to have a baby? And in what dosage to start DHEA?

If you are planning a pregnancy while taking Zoloft, it is recommended that you consult your doctor. The safety of the drug in pregnant women has not been fully confirmed. Zoloft can be used during pregnancy, only if, according to the doctor's assessment, the benefits of using the drug by the mother are greater than the possible risk to the fetus: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/86304/zoloft-tabletki-powlekane/apteki The start of taking prasterone (DHEA) should be consulted with the attending physician. The doctor, based on the ordered tests, will determine the dose that would be suitable for you. Pregnant women and women under 40 years of age should not use prasterone. I send an example description of the preparation with prasterone: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100633/novostella-tabletki/apteki However, from the point of view of interaction - there are no contraindications to the combined use of the preparation with DHEA and the drug Zoloft. More about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
