Is a low glycemic score after a glucose load test a cause for concern?

Good morning Glucose on an empty stomach 90 and after loading after 2 hours.62.9 Is this not too low a result? I will add that often after a meal I have the so-called sleep cut-off, then it's hard to get up. Palpitations, and impotence. I am 42 years old

In this case, I encourage you to consult a diabetologist in order to expand the diagnosis. A glycemic score below 70 mg/dl is classified as hypoglycaemia. In the described case, symptoms occurring after a meal may also indicate disorders of sugar management in the body. If these symptoms disappear after eating another meal, we are most likely dealing with the so-called reactive hypoglycemia. However, the final diagnosis can only be made on the basis of the results of additional tests and a broader interview. For my part, I will already pay attention to taking care of regular meals and a balanced diet. In this case, we are talking best about 3 larger meals, between which there are 3 smaller ones. Please remember about the content of products containing fiber and complex carbohydrates, thanks to which the time of passing food through the digestive tract will be longer, and thus the described ailments should at least to some extent disappear. I attach a link to the article, which may turn out to be interesting: - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/insulinoopornosc-i-stan-przedcukrzycowy-o-krok-od-cukrzycy.
