Diprogenta should be used as directed by your doctor. It is not recommended to use the drug around the eyes, as well as on the mucous membranes. This means that the drug should not be used for the nose: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/23854/diprogenta-masc/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/23853/diprogenta-krem/apteki The preparation is used in the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory skin lesions reacting to corticosteroids complicated by secondary infection with microorganisms sensitive to gentamicin. The preparation is not used in otitis. If the preparation is recommended for a different purpose or in a different place (such as the nasal mucosa), I encourage you to consult your doctor again. Perhaps the doctor recommended the use of the so-called "off-label" drug, i.e. off-label. You can read more about the use of drugs outside the indications recorded in the leaflet in our article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leczenie-off-label-poza-wskazaniami
