Reparil is a preparation with anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory and microcirculation effect. Escin acts within the vessel wall. In pathologically increasing permeability, it inhibits exudate by reducing the extravasation of fluid into the tissues and accelerating the resolution of edema. In addition, escin strengthens the immunity of capillaries, inhibits inflammatory processes and improves microcirculation. Indications for use are edema after local injuries. The use of tablets in case of a wound with swelling is justified, the dosage for an adult is 2 tablets 3 times a day, when improvement occurs, the dosage can be reduced to 1 tablet 3 times a day.
