According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the reduction of the tentna is not mentioned among the side effects of Betaserc: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10486/betaserc-tabletki/apteki Low pulse, or bradycardia (less than 60 beats per minute) means too slow heartbeat and is manifested by dizziness, weakness, fainting. The causes of low pulse include: - hypothyroidism and other hormonal disorders, which are characterized by weakness, fatigue, weight gain despite lack of appetite, low pressure, - cardiac arrhythmias, - sinus node problems, the so-called sinus bradycardia, - electrolyte disorders, - atrioventricular blocks, - sinus-atrial blocks. If you are not diagnosed with any of the above diseases and you are not permanently taking any other medications (except Bethebé), and the symptoms have appeared recently, we are probably dealing here with electrolyte disturbances associated with heat. I suggest hydrating well, i.e. drinking at least 2 liters of water (coffee or black tea does not count towards the water balance). And if the symptoms of bradycardia do not go away, then go to your primary care doctor, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition.
