Levofloxacin 500 is a widely used antibiotic (used m.in inflammation of the urinary tract, bronchi or sinuses). It works on many types of pathogenic bacteria as well as good ones, helpful to our body (the so-called natural bacterial flora). To avoid possible side effects (e.g. diarrhea, abdominal pain), it is recommended to use an oral probiotic (ready-made live strains of bacteria that we supplement) during antibiotic therapy. Lactovaginal is an over-the-counter drug used vaginally to restore or replenish the normal bacterial flora of the vagina. (i.e. works locally) It should be used 2-3 hours after taking the antibiotic so that good bacteria are not destroyed. If you do not use an oral probiotic, I recommend attaching it to the treatment and also taking 2-3 hours after the antibiotic.
