What preparation can be used for back pain in a pregnant woman?

PLEASE HELP. Hello I am pregnant - 22 weeks and 5 day. My left shoulder blade hurts terribly, I define the pain as dull, as if someone drove a nail and drilled it. What can I smear to pass. It hurts me for over a week now, I supported myself with a hot water bottle but the pain intensifies and sometimes tears fly. I will add that he works, I have a doctor's appointment in August

Good morning, Back pain in a pregnant woman appears quite often and is caused by changes occurring in the pelvis and with a change in the center of gravity in the pregnant woman. The pain may be aggravated if there are additional postural defects. You should take care of a comfortable outfit (avoid tightly fitted clothing), and above all about well-chosen shoes on a flat, contoured sole, because it affects the entire body posture. Pain can be alleviated with massages and appropriate exercises (tailored to the needs of pregnant women). Unfortunately, pregnancy is a contraindication to the use of most analgesics, also in the form of ointment or gel. It is allowed to take paracetamol, which has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. If the problem intensifies, you should see a doctor (most clinics should provide services for pregnant women out of turn). Best regards.
