How is MIFLONIDE BREEZHALER used?

Good morning I have a question how do I use MIFLONIDE BREEZHALER 200? On the prescription I have written "1 caps. 2x a day in case of coughing fever'. So what do I have to use 1 kap. for 12 hours or one cap. for 24 hours because I do not understand and how long should I take it? And the second question is whether if I do not have a fever, and I only have a cough should I take it? Do not ask what the doctor said because he did not say anything dried and told me to leave the office to wait as he called he gave me a card and that's it.

Good morning, The record on the prescription indicates the need to use 1 capsule every 12 hours. The capsules should be inhaled using a breezhaler inhaler (see leaflet for details on how to do this). It is a drug with anti-inflammatory effect in the respiratory tract - it will reduce coughing attacks and facilitate breathing. It has no antipyretic effect. Please remember to rinse your mouth with water after each use of Miflonide (spit out the water). The preparation should be used until the symptoms disappear.
