Pregna START is a dietary supplement designed for women planning pregnancy. It contains: Folic acid, Iodine, Zinc, Choline, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and VITAMIN D3 in a dose of 2000 IU. Therefore, additional preparations with Vitamin D3 should no longer be used. The recommended dose of vitamin D in women with a normal BMI is 1500-2000 IU per day, while in obese women this dose can be increased to 4000 IU. Unless the doctor recommends otherwise, of course, based on the results of laboratory tests. If we have a deficiency, it is recommended to use the drug with Vit. D3, not a dietary supplement.
