Is Xonvea safe in pregnancy?

Hello, the doctor prescribed me xonvea for very annoying nausea in pregnancy? The drug is very fresh on the market, I do not know whether to take. Apparently, it greatly increases drowsiness. Please advice or feedback

Safety has been confirmed in clinical trials( also there is nothing to fear). Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.
