Can I use acodin with pyralgine for COVID?

Hello, is it possible to combine pyralgina with acodin? I have a coid with a high fever and only pyralgina slightly knocks it down. A cough came. Can I take something antitussive?

The drugs Pyralgina and Acodin do not interact with each other. As much as possible, you can use the drug Acodin for cough - provided that it is a dry dry cough (without detachment of secretions, the so-called barking). If the cough is wet (productive), preparations that dilute the residual secretion should be used (Phlegamine, Ambroxol, Acc) High fever can also be reduced with the use of drugs: Ibuprofen (Ibuprom, Ibum, Nurofen) and paracetamol (Apap, Efferalgan, Paracetamol) according to the principle of every 4-h other substance so as not to exceed the maximum daily dose of drugs. For example: 8.00 - dose of ibuprofen 12.00 - dose of paracetamol 16.00 - dose of ibuprofen 20.00 - dose of ibuprofen You can also apply cold compresses on the neck, forehead. Let's not forget about replenishing fluids and rest. Regards :)
