These hormones play a key role in the menstrual cycle, hence their deficiency leads to menstrual disorders, decreased libido, fertility disorders. It is true that deflazakort is not a glucocorticosteroid that strongly inhibits pituitary functions, but in the case of higher doses or longer use, the risk of problems with getting pregnant increases.
