If your doctor has not prescribed this medicine, do not use Betaserc temporarily before travelling to avoid symptoms of motion sickness. Indeed, there are reports of the effectiveness of betahistine (Betaserc) in motion sickness, however, such use of the drug, after taking into account contraindications and prescribing the appropriate dosage, can only be prescribed by a doctor.
