Good morning, drugs in the form of tablets for the throat show a local effect. The combinations of drugs you mentioned are safe. For my part, I pay attention that when using topical preparations for the throat containing analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anesthetic or disinfecting substances, remember to moisturize the mucous membrane using preparations with Icelandic lichen or marshmallow.
