The sutures after labioplasty spread in one place. The doctor recommended Solcoseryl, can I use Karnosil interchangeably?

I am 3 weeks after labioplasty. I have soluble seams but in one place they parted and formed in the morning. The doctor prescribed solcoseryl gel which is not found either in pharmacies or in wholesalers. Can I use Karnosil hydro-repair gel with silver ions interchangeably?

Unfortunately, not seeing the wound that you describe, I can not recommend the appropriate preparation. Based on general information, I can conclude that Karnosil gel will be safe and effective, because it will allow proper hydration of the wound and protect against bacterial infection thanks to the silver content. If, on the other hand, the wound healing does not proceed properly - i.e. there is pain, redness, swelling or purulent changes - I encourage you to consult a surgeon or nurse specializing in wound treatment.
