Good morning, the drug Cetraxal Plus is a combination of a drug with antibacterial effect - ciprofloxacin and glucocorticosteroid - fluocinolone acetonide. In the case of ear drops, we are faced with a local effect of the drug. In very rare cases, even topical application of glucocorticosteroids can lead to visual disturbances. If the described visual disturbances are caused by the drug used, then after its discontinuation the symptoms will disappear. However, I suggest contacting an ophthalmologist to check the pressure in the eyeball and exclude diseases of the organ of vision.
