Szelazo+SR is a product with a high content of iron Fe2+, vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid. 1 capsule contains as much as 28 mg of iron, which corresponds to 200% of RWS (daily requirement). Important information is that the consumption of more than 20 mg of iron per day can cause slight discomfort and stomach discomfort in sensitive people. In general, 28mg is the dose for an adult. For a child, it is best to adjust the dose with a pediatrician if in laboratory studies there are deviations in blood indicators that are directly affected by iron.
