Can I change the time I take the antibiotic?
How much earlier can I take the next dose of taromentin antibiotic or how much can I move as much as possible with the next dose so that instead of taking it at 14.30 and 2.30 I take it at 12 and 24 hours?

Changing the intake of the preparation by 2.5 hours should not have a significant impact on antibiotic treatment. After changing the use to 12-24, you should stick to a fixed time interval.
