According to the manufacturer's recommendations, the tablets can be divided in half, but they should not be crushed. In case of problems with swallowing, you can ask your doctor for another medicine containing the same active substance (clindamycin) - e.g. Dalacin C, which comes in the form of granules for making syrup.
