To @Michi:
Thank you for sharing your case. The feeling of "suppressed" legs may be a side effect of the new therapy, but it is necessary to consult a neurologist or dermatologist. It may take some time to get used to changing Kesimpta to a new medicine, however, if you notice a deterioration in your MS and psoriasis health, it is important not to ignore these symptoms.
Contact your doctor to discuss these symptoms and see if they may be related to your new therapy. If you need more personalized advice, you can use teleconsultations here:

The advice is provided in Polish.
Good morning everyone, I too have started therapy a month ago and I always have the feeling that my legs are muffled. I can't understand why... I'm scared. From Kesimpta with whom I was with God, I switched to this one because I had a strong psoriasis flare-up. For now I only see a worsening in terms of both Sclerosis and psoriasis. What do you recommend me to do?
Thank you very much.

Tecfidera is a drug with anti-inflammatory effect used in the course of relapsing-remitting form of multiple sclerosis. I was able to get to the information that the drug begins to act within the first 24 weeks of use, but the full effects can be expected after 2 years of therapy. I am not able to say after what time you will have satisfactory results, but it is worth knowing that the results of a 13-year study of the effectiveness and safety of this drug under the name ENDORSE are already available (I attach the link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34465252/) The study confirmed a reduced frequency of relapses in the group of patients taking the drug, as well as a good safety profile.
