Can I use Betaserc and Areplex together?

I have a question and thank you in advance for the answer I often feel dizzy I got Beta heart tablets can I combine them with a blood thinning pill called Areplex?

Available sources indicate that the existence of an interaction between Areplex and Betaserc has not been proven.
