If the "urgent" record concerns the prescription for a prescription drug performed in a pharmacy, it means that the pharmacy should perform it within 4 hours. However, such an annotation is valid only on the day of issuing the prescription, because if the patient comes to the pharmacy a few days after the prescription is issued, it means that he does not need this drug for "cito" and it is logical.
