Нажаль препарат під назвою Lipofundin MCT/LCT належать до групи ліків з категорї « Закритого Лікування» ( польською LZ closed treatment). Нажаль даний препарат може замовити в гуртовні тільки медичний заклад ( лікарня) і використовувати його лише в медичному закладі. Через приналежність до категорії LZ( closed treatment) тобто «Закритого Лікування»,звичайна аптека не має права замовити його і зреалізувати через аптеку.
