A person from Ukraine has diabetes and uses a glucometer with mmol/l units. How do I change mg/dl to mmol/l?

Is it possible to change the unit of measurement on the glucometer to one used by a person from Ukraine?

Glucometers can give results in two different units: mg / dl or mmol / l. In the specification, instructions or on the back wall of the meter we can find information in which units the meter will show the measurement. Most glucometers in Poland operate with mg/dl units, while in another country mmol/l may be more popular. To the best of my knowledge, in most glucose meters there is no possibility to change the unit. There is one meter in which you can actually change the unit from mg/dl to mmol/l and vice versa. Previous measurements in the memory of the meter will also be shown in the new unit. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/112721/glukometr-glucomaxx-glukometr/apteki#stacjonarne How to convert the result from one unit to another? We multiply or divide the result by 18. Values in mmol/l are multiplied by x18 (e.g. 6.0 mmol/l x18) = we get the result in mg/dl (108 mg/dl). Values in mg / dl are divided by 18 (e.g. 100 mg / dl / 18 ) = we get the result in mmol / l (5.55 mmol / l).
