To the best of my knowledge, I don't know the relationship or contraindications to it. Unless the tattoo is to be in a place where blood will be taken, it is worth taking into account the possibility of e.g. a larger "bruise" under the skin (some people are more sensitive to this type of symptoms).
If this is the first tattoo, it is worth asking the tattoo artist about how to take care of this place.
