How to deal with a hard imprint on the foot?

Already some time ago I had such a hard imprint on my heel. I moisturized my entire feet, especially my heels with Dernilan, but it was for nothing. I don't know how to deal with it

First of all, please soak your feet in water with salt dedicated to feet prone to cracking.
