Yes, if you keep a 4-hour interval, the effectiveness will remain. It doesn't matter if you buy Armolipid or take a 4-hour break between Lipiforma Plus and contraception. If you can't afford a time interval, it's more convenient to buy Armolipid.
So I understand well that taking this dietary supplement at the mentioned interval will not adversely affect the effect of contraception? Or would it be safer to buy Armolipid, which does not contain chromium?

The Dietary Supplement Lipiforma Plus may affect the effect of contraceptive pills through its chromium content, so it should be taken at least 4 hours before or after taking the contraceptive pill.
