Good morning, I had a vaginal swab test done, and I got the result. It's written that way and I don't really understand what's going on. Test result: The vaginal microbiome was bred.

I propose to do a test for bacteria but from the cervical canal. I also on the usual swabs nothing came out only as there was an examination from the cervical canal it came out bacteria

This is the physiological flora of the vagina - normally present in the vagina of every healthy woman.
So it's nothing serious? I had a swab done because I feel a burning sensation in the vagina and it's very strong and sometimes pain in the lower abdomen. I don't know if it's good or not. I don't know what to do anymore.

With the result of the examination, you should go to the gynecologist who ordered it. The description of the study most likely indicates that only the physiological, normal bacterial flora of the vagina - bacteria that normally live in the vagina - were bred.
