Isn't 2 packs of Zentel 2 weeks apart too much for a 3.5-year-old?

A month ago, the son took one dose of Zentel suspension as directed by the doctor, after a month he again came out roundworm. This time he got a prescription for 2 packs with an interval of two weeks. Isn't that too much? The son is 3.5 years old.

No, 2 packs of Zentel with an interval of 2 or 3 weeks is the normal dosage for human goulash in children.
