From this provision, it actually follows that this is a prescription in the target import mode. Such a prescription should be accompanied by a print of the demand, which is submitted to the Ministry of Health. From January 1, 2021, demands should be submitted through the Target Import Handling System (SOID), thanks to which the process of signing the demand is significantly shortened. It is not necessary to have it in paper form, the pharmacy and pharmaceutical wholesaler can check on the website https://soid.ezdrowie.gov.pl/ the correctness of the demand. The Minister of Health decides on the legitimacy of importing the drug from abroad within 21 days from the date of receipt of the demand. The request is valid for 60 days from the date of its confirmation. The validity period of the prescription for medicines imported as part of the target import may not exceed 120 days from the date of issue of the prescription. It would be necessary to find out whether the doctor issued the appropriate demand document or only issued a prescription?

I've already been inserted 3 prescriptions for Plaquenil in 3 days... on each prescription there is a "demand number" at the bottom. In the pharmacy they do not want to fulfill such a prescription, because they claim that it is the target import. The internist is still improving, but probably otherwise he does not enter the system. An internist correcting a prescription for Plaquenil does not want to issue a prescription directly on Fenle, which I have booked at the pharmacy. Rheumatologist available only in 2 weeks....

No, there are no specific requirements for a prescription for an intervention-imported drug. It is worth asking what was the reason why the pharmacist did not accept the prescription. A colleague wrote about problems with the availability of Plaquenil in the following thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/71116/plaquenil-czy-juz-cos-wiadomo-kiedy-bedzie-dostepny-w-aptekach-lek-plaquenil Perhaps you will find there additional useful information.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
