Is it possible to combine Gaviscon and No-spa if I am pregnant?

I am in early pregnancy. Due to abdominal pain, I am recommended to take Nospa. At the same time, it turned out that I have a very severe reflux and the gastrologist recommended Gaviscon. Is it possible to combine these drugs? How can I keep the time interval between them?
