The abdominal belt is a medical device. As a rule, medical devices issued from the pharmacy are not subject to return or complaint. This is stated in the Pharmaceutical Law. Exceptions are situations in which we are dealing with a mistake in the release of the drug, its falsification or other quality defect. So if there was no mistake in the issue, there is no legal basis to accept the return, especially since this type of product is a product of personal use.
