With Xifaxan and Neomycin treatment, is it better to take one dose of antibiotics together, or is it better to keep the interval between these two drugs?
With treatment with xifaxan and neomycin (Xifaxan 3 x a day, Neomycin 2 x a day) is it better to take one dose of antibiotics together, i.e. Xifaxan at 7-15-23 and Neomycin at 7-19, or is it better to keep the interval between these two drugs and eg Take Neomycin at 9-21?

In my opinion, a better solution will be to keep an interval, e.g. 2 hours between taking Xifaxan and Neomycinum, unless the doctor has recommended otherwise. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne
