You should never interpret the results of the test yourself, even if you made them of your own choice. The results of the tests are read by the family doctor - this is his competence. The pharmacist provides information about medicines - both those used on the doctor's order and without a prescription.
I did the research myself and I do not really know how to read and whether it is necessary to make an appointment so I wanted advice

The analysis of the results of laboratory tests is the competence of the doctor who ordered them - the entire health of the patient should be taken into account, not individual tests. I encourage you to consult a doctor.
