Injections with vitamin B12 and Neurovit are prescription drugs, therefore, it is the doctor who decides whether such therapy is not associated with any adverse effects for the patient, e.g. overdose, because he has all the information about your health condition. If you have any doubts about the prescribed therapy, you should dispel them directly in a conversation with your doctor.
