Is Alantan Plus cream suitable for use on scars?

Good morning Will alantan cream be good for a fresh post-traumatic scar on the face? What preparations can be used? The scar is pink and thin, but it has not outgrown?

Alantan Plus cream is not a preparation recommended for scars. It has a protective effect on the skin, improves its hydration and stimulates the growth of new tissue.
